Louis Castle

Louis Castle is best known as the founder of Westwood Studios, creator of the genre-defining Command and Conquer series (among other 150+ games over his career). Louis has a deep background in game design, art direction and technical direction with subsequent roles as Chief Creative Officer of EA LA, VP of Development at Zynga, and Head of Game Studios at Amazon. Louis has six Game of the Year awards, a BAFTA, and two Lifetime Achievement awards for game development.

Jason Hawronsky

Jason Hawronsky founded Jasco Games at age 13 and grew it into a leading TCG, board game, miniatures game, puzzle, and graphic novel publisher. He created and sold licensed products to the mass market for Disney/Fox, Warner Bros, Capcom, Bandai Namco, and other AAA IPs, and exited Jasco Games for $20 million in 2021. Jason is a serial entrepreneur focused on durable brands, scalable platforms, and community-driven experiences.

Chase Farmer

Chase Farmer is a software engineering leader with over 15 years of experience building large-scale consumer and fintech platforms in Silicon Valley. He held key roles at Apple and Plaid, contributing to the iOS 11 App Store redesign, the first tvOS App Store, and core infrastructure systems, and played a crucial role in the Beats Music acquisition. As an Engineering Manager at Plaid he drove innovations contributing to 3x revenue growth to $300M+. Chase has also founded AR/VR projects using Unity and developed a dynamic ticketing platform.

Loren Coleman

Loren L. Coleman is a bestselling fiction writer, award-winning game designer, and founder and CEO of Catalyst Game Labs. His career includes over twenty science fiction and fantasy novels and four AAA computer games. Through CGL he has published hundreds of hobby game and fiction titles while managing the BattleTech and Shadowrun brands. He is a veteran of the US Navy nuclear power program, holds a black belt in tae kwon do, and plays saxophone.

Ridge Kiley is Co-Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Rising Empire Studios and the creator of the Alpha Clash Trading Card Game. A former Division I collegiate athlete and Head Strength Coach at Cirque du Soleil, Ridge brings a performance-driven approach to creative leadership, systems design, long-term worldbuilding, and competitive gameplay. He oversees the studio's vision across tabletop games, comics, and narrative media, guiding Alpha Clash into a cohesive, multi-platform franchise.

Garett Kiley

Garett Kiley is Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Rising Empire Studios, responsible for operations, production, and strategic execution across the Alpha Clash franchise. A former Division I collegiate coach, Garett applies proven leadership, team development, and organizational discipline to studio operations. He helps guide the studio's growth and execution as Rising Empire Studios expands its publishing and product portfolio.

JT Gleason

JT Gleason helped develop Twitch.tv, which sold to Amazon for $970 million, and has had successful exits with Digital River and ExactTarget — serving as an engineering leader and founding-team member at all three. He sits on the advisory board of Genvid Technologies, launched the "Fuel" Twitch game-sales channel, and has held CTO roles at StateSpace Labs, MetaTheory, Well Played, and GGTV.

Andrew Costello is a serial founder, operator, and board member with over 15 years of experience building and scaling interactive gaming and competition platforms. He founded Mirus, whose technology was later integrated into Shuffle Master and Bally Technologies, and has held senior product and development leadership roles within highly regulated environments, including work with Las Vegas Sands. Andrew brings deep expertise in real-time systems, fairness, and skill-based competition, and is a co-founder of EvenPlay, an AI-driven platform focused on biometric analysis, skill validation, and competitive integrity. He joined the board of XP Network in 2026, supporting strategic growth and platform expansion.
